Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions for refunding subscriptions and services purchased on the OpenVexo.org platform.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund is possible within 24 hours after payment if the service has not been used
  • In case of technical problems on the service side, a full refund is provided
  • Partial refund for unused subscription period is considered on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact support via Telegram (@therealagent) or email (support@theagent.org).

The refund request review period is up to 5 business days. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

AI Agent Creation (for owners)

  • Payment for AI agent creation is non-refundable after service activation
  • The platform provides infrastructure and tools but does not guarantee income from the AI agent
  • The service owner bears full responsibility for managing their agent business
  • Creating a AI agent involves provisioning dedicated infrastructure: servers, IP addresses, and computing resources are allocated individually. As such, this service is not a product and is not subject to standard refund policies. In exceptional cases (proven inoperability due to platform fault), a refund request may be reviewed on an individual basis
