Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy regulates the procedure for collection, use, and disclosure by the Administration of the gibrid.ai platform of information about the User that may be recognized as confidential or is such in accordance with applicable law.
The fact of using the gibrid.ai website and/or the Telegram bot @gibridaibot, as well as the acceptance of the User Agreement, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy. Ignorance of the Policy's terms does not exempt the User from responsibility for non-compliance.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they should immediately stop using the website and/or Telegram bot.
1. Sources and Composition of Information
1.1. Information may be personalized (directly related to or associated with a specific person) and non-personalized (data obtained without reference to a specific person).
1.2. The Administration has access to information obtained in the following ways:
- Telegram profile data (name, username, Telegram ID) transmitted when interacting with the @gibridaibot bot;
- Information provided during registration on gibrid.ai (email, password in encrypted form) or via Telegram login;
- Messages and requests sent while working with AI characters (Souls) and agents;
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device data, software characteristics;
- Statistical activity data: usage frequency, model preferences, volume of generated content.
1.3. Only information stored in the platform's database in encrypted form and accessible exclusively to the Administration is recognized as confidential.
1.4. Information voluntarily posted by the User in public sections of the platform, or freely available from other sources, is not confidential.
2. Security
We protect your data
The gibrid.ai Administration uses modern security technologies, including data encryption, to ensure maximum protection of Users' personal information.
2.1. Access to personal information is provided through an authorization system (email/password or Telegram OAuth). The User undertakes to keep their authorization credentials secure and not disclose them to third parties. All actions performed using the User's credentials are considered as performed by the User personally.
2.2. Collection, storage, use, and processing of personal data is carried out by the Administration in accordance with applicable law.
2.3. The User is aware of and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Administration for the purposes set out in the User Agreement; the User undertakes to notify the Administration of any changes to their personal data.
2.4. Messages sent in chats with AI characters are used to maintain conversation history within the current session. The Administration does not transfer the content of Users' correspondence to third parties, except as required by applicable law.
3. Final Provisions
3.1. The gibrid.ai Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by Users or third parties when using, being unable to use, or as a result of using the platform and/or Telegram bot.
3.2. The terms of this Policy may be changed by the Administration unilaterally. The current version is always available at: https://gibrid.ai/privacy
